Doug asks: I am looking at one of your square nuts.  What is the width and thickness of this nut?  I need to know for a project I am working on. 

There is a product specifications table in the item description that has all the applicable dimensions.  

Josh asks: I placed an order with free standard shipping on the website, and here we are 11 days later and the item still has not arrived.  Can you please let me know what is going on?

Ever since the pandemic began, we’ve seen delays with mail delivery via USPS.  Please be patient, it’s in transit and will arrive.  Next time, if you do need items sooner, we recommend purchasing expedited freight or providing us with a UPS account to make sure your item arrives by the deadline.

Bob asks: I returned an item due to me ordering the wrong size, and I was hit with a restock fee.  I wasn't aware I had to pay one. 

Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. There is a restocking fee of at least 20% on all returns that are not the result of our error.
