Henry asks: I see that you are located in IL.  The governor recently enacted a "shelter-in-place" proclamation.  Are you remaining open?

Great question Henry.  On Friday, the governor of Illinois J.B. Pritzker enacted a "shelter-in-place" for all citizens beginning on Saturday March 21st at 5:00 PM.  ASMC is a supplier of essential fastener and components to multiple entities that are considered "essential critical infrastructure."  Therefore, we WILL remain open and have our normal operating hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday.  

Troy asks: How will the COVID-19 outbreak affect lead times of shipments?  Can we expect orders to ship by their estimated date?

As of now Troy, unless something drastic were to happen with our supply chain and the partners we have throughout the fastener industry, we do not expect any sort of delay in either shipment or lead times at this time.  Should something change, we will certainly let everyone know appropriately.

Amy asks: Does ASMC Industrial have a statement regarding COVID-19 that we can read and if so, where can we find that information?
