Ron asks: I'm a regular customer of yours and recently changed my email address.  How do I go about updating it so moving forward, I receive all invoices to my new address?

Nicole asks: I had a previous order made last year and I was wondering if you'd be able to get me manufacturer C of C and material certs for those items?

All MFG C of C requests and Material certs must be requested at time of order either by talking with a sales representative or indicating it on the PO.  We recommend checking before purchasing an item to see if MTR's and MFG C of C are even available for that part.

Raymond asks: I placed an order back in January of 2021, and I just tried using the screws now and the shank of screws is undersized compared to what I actually need.  Am I able to still return these?

All of our orders have a 30 day return policy.  Anything outside of that return window is unavailable to be returned.
