Thanks for the question Larry.  If you are looking to quote a quantity less than what the minimum shows on the website, we are unable to quote it.  The MOQ on the website is the lowest number of pieces we can quote.

Tony asks: I wanted to place an order over the phone.  Is there any difference in ordering on the phone versus online?

If you place an order over the phone with one of our sales representatives, we will have to charge you freight.  In order to take advantage of the FREE standardized shipping it is best to order off of the website. 

Linda asks: How long does it take for a credit application to process?

Hello Linda. It depends on how fast we hear back from your credit references.  If that information is done in a timely manner, it could be less than a week.  If you want to check on the status, you can always feel free to email or call one of our sales representatives. 

Ed asks: How long is your return window?  I bought something back and March and I wanted to see if I could return it?

Hello Ed.  Our return window is 30 days from date of purchase.  Unfortunatley if you bought something outside of that return window, we would not be able to accept it for a refund.
