First, from everyone here at ASMC Industrial, we wanted to wish you and your family a very Happy New Year.  2020 was challenging for all of us and we hope your 2021 is off to a great start. 

Robert asks: I just placed an order on your website and I realized after the order went through that I had the wrong phone number on there.  Can this be changed on your side?

Yes, you can go into your customer profile if you created an account and update the information there.  If you checked out as a guest without creating an account, we can update the information on our side internally.  Simply get in touch with the sales department via phone (866-660-0334) or email (sales@asmc.net).

Kenny asks: I placed an order on the website via the free standard shipping, and when I track the order it looks like USPS has lost the package.  Please ship me out a replacement.

As I'm sure you have seen in the news, all of the carriers are operating beyond capacity and experiencing widespread delays. USPS is getting the worst of this.  This is resulting in some packages taking weeks instead of days to be delivered. The good news is the vast majority of these packages do get delivered, eventually.  If your order arrives too late for your needs, you can return it at no cost to you, for a full refund. If the order does not get delivered, we will of course issue a full refund.  Should you need parts by a certain date, please contact a member of the sales staff to discuss options. 

Phillip asks: For your short and long arm hex keys, do they have the size stamped into them or are they smooth on the outside?

All of our hex keys are smooth on the outside.
