Brady says: I was on your website and for one of the items it says, "out of stock please call."  Does that mean the pricing on the website is not correct?

Hi Brady.  Great question.  For items that are out of stock, the best thing is to call and speak with one of our sales representatives.  The item might have several varying factors including:

• Price change
• Full carton quantity
• Item availability

The only way that the information will be available is by speaking with a sales associate directly.

Patrick asks: I need to return and item because I ordered the wrong size.  Is there anyway that I can avoid paying return shipping and/or a restock fee?

Ryan asks: For custom orders, is there a minimum dollar amount and/or number of pieces that I need to order to get something quoted?

Hi Ryan.  The answer to your question is it really depends on the item that you are looking to have custom made.   If it's a commonly sourced item that we do not currently carry on our product line, our minimum amount for a special order is $100.00 plus any applicable freight.  If item has to be completely custom made, that would be a discussion to have with the sales team because the item would need to be sourced/quoting with a lead time and also priced accordingly.
