Krishna asks: I see an item on your website where there is a 25 piece minimum.  I only need 5 pieces.  I'm even willing to pay more per piece in order to get the quantity I want.  Can you assist?

Unfortunately not.  Just in the case of items that are only sold in full carton quantities, we cannot sell you anything less than what is indicated on the website. 

Tom asks: I purchased something from your website back in June and no longer need the item.  Can I return it?

Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase.  Anything that is outside that return window is not able to be returned.  Please see our Return Policy in case there are any questions.

Jay asks: I am looking at an item on your website and I need it to be fully threaded.  The image on your website shows both fully threaded and partial threaded screws.  How do I know if I am buying the right thing?

Please make sure to read the specifications table on the product page.  That is the best way to know if you are purchasing the right item.
