Charlie asks: I am looking at one of your items on your website, and I need it modified that what the description shows.  What's the best way for me to explain exactly what I am looking for?

Thanks for your question Charlie.  If you aren't able to find the item on your website, and have a question about a modification of a different part, please give our sales team a call (888-660-0334) and speak with one of our representatives.  Depending on the modification, it might be a stock item that we do not list on the website for one reason or another.  The only way to find out is to call.

Debbie asks: Does your company do blanket releases of items?  I am interested in a large quantity of product, however, I do not have the space to hold everything in my warehouse at the current time (I am willing to prepay for the items ahead of time).

Hi Debbie.  Blanket orders only apply for long standing customers who have an open line of credit with ASMC (you can request for credit terms by calling our sales staff and requesting a copy of the credit application).  Please note, we expect those customers who are on credit terms to spend at least $2500 per calendar year.  Any questions about this, please contact the sales staff (888-660-0334) or sales@asmc.net.

Colin asks: I live in England and I am looking for a custom part and I need it here on Friday.  Is there anyway that I could get a quote with expedited freight and manufacturing?

Hi Colin.  Please contact our sales team. We can do our best to reach out to our contacts and see if we can get an item manufactured.  Note, with our partners unable to drop ship to England, the parts will need to come to our warehouse and ship from here.  So expect the freight costs to be very expensive.
