Holiday music begins hitting the airwaves tomorrow and we are just 3 short weeks away from Thanksgiving. 2020 will be here before you know it.

John asks: I recently placed an order thru the website, and after receiving my confirmation, I realized I entered in the wrong shipping address on file. How do I go about changing it before it ships?
Great question John. The best way to do it is to give us a call immediately (888-660-0334) and speak with one of our sales representatives so the order can immediately be updated. If that is not an option, you can either email us (email@example.com) or also click on the "Contact Us" link on the ASMC Industrial homepage and fill it out with your request. Please make sure whichever way you choose to reach us to have your order number ready.
Alan asks: Can I please have a list of your distributors here in northeast United States?
Hi Alan. We do not have distributors we sell to who then sell our products. We are a distributor ourselves. You can purchase thru us directly.
Grant asks; I made a purchase on your website yesterday, and I do not see the tracking number as of yet. How do I view that?
Thank you Grant. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order ships. If you do not have a email from us with tracking, it means the order has not shipped yet. Please keep in mind that when ordering, to pay attention to the availability line on the individual product page. Orders that say ship in 2-3 business days, means that the order will not ship same day. So if you order something with that lead time, please be patient before asking for the tracking. If the allotted time has passed and you still do not have anything, then please contact us via phone or email and we will research your request accordingly.
