Janet asks: I ordered something back in August, and I just got around to opening it now.  There is nothing in the package.  I just got an empty carton.  Can anything be done about this?

Thanks for your question Janet.  Our policy states that if you have a problem with your order, you have 30 days from time of delivery to bring it to your attention and have us look into it.  Since this order was from August, we are unable to assist unfortunately.

Paul asks: Do you have a printable catalog showing all of the products you carry?  I'm looking for a large assortment of nuts, screws and bolts.
