Michael asks: I have been following the news and I see that President Trump will increase tariffs on Chinese goods to 25% as of this Friday (May 10th). How will this news impact ASMC Industrial and pricing going forward?
Great question Michael. With so much uncertainly going on in regards to the tariffs (there are supposed talks between the United States and China scheduled for later this week), we will wait and see what is actually enacted before preemptively making a decision on how/if this impacts our pricing. Should a decision be made and implemented, we will then release a press release at that time. Until then, we will wait patiently just like everyone else.
Andrew asks: I recently ordered something from your website and when the item was attempted to be delivered, it was returned to sender. I've always had things delivered to this address before without any problem. What can be done about it?
Thank Andrew. The first thing we would do in this situation is to confirm your address. Once the address is confirmed, we would track it on the USPS website. If this is being returned due to a USPS error and the address is correct, we can resend it (to the same address) at no charge. If you would like it shipped to another address, we can either charge you a freight fee to ship it to a new location, or you can supply a UPS acct # and we can reship the order freight collect.
Harold asks: Does ASMC have a line card where I can see a list of all the products they offer?
