Steve asks: For my application, I am needing a zinc plated finish on one of the parts you sell. However, I only see a plain finish option on the website. Do you offer a plating service and how would I go about getting a quote for it?
Hi Steve. Yes, we do have the option to plate any of our fasteners in the specific finish that you need. In order to get a quote, please contact us directly via phone (888-660-0334) or email (email@example.com). There's no set pricing for plating as it always depends on several factors primarily:
- what type of plating we are doing
- what quantity
- how soon the product needs to be in your hands

Tony asks: I ordered an item UPS 2nd day air, and I see the item hasn't shipped yet. I really need the item this week. Why has it not shipped yet?
Great question Tony. As mentioned in previous blog posts, please make sure to double check the "availability" line on the product page when looking at an item. If you select an item that says, "ships withing 2-3 business days," what that means is that the item needs to be ordered AND THEN, once we have the item here in our warehouse, the item will ship via the selected method at checkout. There are of course exceptions to every rule (in which this case, the only way to get an order out that has a 2-3 day availability is to order a full carton quantity). In that case, the item can ship in the desired shipping time.
Hannah asks: Do you have a line card or a product catalog where I can see all of your products?
