Zach asks: What delays can we expect with all of the uncertainly going on with COVID-19 in terms of shipments going out on time?

Great question Zach.  For the most part, we have seen orders 90% of orders ship on time as promised.  In some cases, we may have a 1-2 day delay in lead time.  Should you want to check on the status of your order, please feel free to get in-touch with our sales team (888-660-0334).

Phillip asks: I ordered something from your website and it arrived damaged in transit.  What are the next steps I need to take in order to have this rectified?

Hello Phillip.  Please get in touch with our sales team.  In most cases, we will supply a full refund for the product if it was deemed to have been damaged and/or lost in transit. If you do still need the item, please re-order on the website. 

Doug asks: Do you have suppliers that you work with on the West coast where I can buy smaller quantities than the minimums listed on your website?  I only need 4 and the minimum quantity to order is 100.

Hi Doug.  We do not have our own network of suppliers.  As a distribuor, we sell to any and all customers both business to business and business to customer directly.
