Dave asks: I am looking at one of your items and I need to know if they can be ordered with material certifications?

Hi Dave.  Yes, material certifications (depending on the age of the lot) can be provided however, only after the item has been purchased.  They are not available beforehand.  If you have a large quantity you are looking to order, you can always purchase the smallest pack quantity and see if that will work. 

Charlie says: I need to cancel an order.  What is the process for doing so?

If the order was just placed, please give us a call (888-660-0334) immediately so we can prevent the order from shipping out.  Unfortunately, if the item is in a shipped status with a tracking number, we are unable to do anything at that time.   Once the item has been delivered, please contact us for an RMA (return merchant authorization).  Note: all returns are subject to a restock fee and the customer is responsible for the return freight.

Mark asks: Do you sell flush seal stainless steel pipe plugs?

Sorry Mark we do not. 

Sonny asks: Can I get a sample of one of your products?  I want to make sure it will work for my application.

Hi Sonny.  Yes we can send you a sample.  Please provide us with your UPS account number.   We cannot ship samples for free unfortunately.
