Jeffrey asks; I'm looking at some of your stainless socket head cap screws.  And I wanted to see if you could have someone in the warehouse check the stock because I specifically need the outside of the head to be smooth for cleaning purposes (no knurl or serrations).  Is this something that can be checked?

Hi Jeffrey.  Please fill out the "Contact Us" form on the ASMC Industrial website and we can do our best to answer your question.  If it is an item we currently have available in our warehouse, we can have one of our employees check or if it is an item at one of our suppliers, we can reach out to them.  Please make sure you that you have the quantity you are looking for when you fill out the form and the part number as well.

Jonas asks: I normally buy my fasteners with McMaster Carr or Fastenal.  I wanted to see if you are able to cross reference McMaster or Fastenal part numbers in your system?

Great question.  Sometimes in our system we do have certain McMaster or Fastenal part numbers that we can cross reference with an inventory of over 60,000 SKUs, we will not have everything.  However, if you do have the link where you currently purchase the parts now (from McMaster or Fastenal), we can certainly do a comparison and make sure the part we are quoting is the same one you would buy there.
