From Cheryl: I want to get a quote for a 1-14x7 Grade 5 Hex Cap Screw.  What is the best way for me to get the information over to you?

Thanks Cheryl for your question.  The best way to get a quote is to fill out our "Request for Quote" form by clicking on the button on the homepage.  On top of giving us the number of pieces you are looking for, we also need your name, shipping address, company name (if applicable), email address and phone number.  Once we have all that information, we can send a formal quote over to you.   Please keep in mind that when asking for a quote, we cannot accommodate those looking for 1-2 pieces.  The quantities must be of a considerable quantity depending on the item.  

From Michael: I'm looking for a certain part I need to be manufactured.  Can you make this part for me?

We are not a manufacturer but a fastener distributor.  However, just because we don't manufacturer the parts ourselves, doesn't mean we cannot help.  Please take the time to fill out the "Request for Quote" form and we can reach out to our suppliers and get a quote for the parts you need.  As mentioned in the previous question above, we cannot accommodate those looking to have 1-2 pieces made.  

From Karena: Does your company do kit assemblies?  I have some parts that I would like kitted 4 to a bag?

From Thomas: I need to return an item.  What's the best way for me to do so? 

All orders need an RMA before sending it back to us.  Please contact us via email (sales@asmc.net), phone (888-660-0334) or you can also request a return by logging into your account and sending us a return request that way. 

From Tina: I want to order some stainless steel fasteners but want them coated in black oxide.  Is this a service you offer as well?
