Helen says: My order says the item was delivered but I haven't received it.  Can you ship out a replacement to me?  I really need this order.

Thanks Helen for your question. The first step, whenever we receive a notification like this from a customer, is that we ask you to go through your mail one more time to look for the parcel.  In some cases, the item sometimes get stuck with the junk mail and is overlooked.  If that doesn't work, we recommend checking with your neighbor and seeing if the item was delivered there by mistake. 

If the item still is not in your possession, the next step is we will contact your local USPS and get the delivery coordinates to find out where the item was delivered.  If the GPS scan shows that it was delivered to the correct address, we will file a mail theft report and refund your order in full.

If the order does not meet the delivery window, you are able to return it to us for a full refund and we will cover the return shipping as well.  Should you still need the parts, we recommend ordering the item again and then return the original if it shows up.

Marco says: I am looking at one of your items and I was wondering how much of the bolt is threaded.  I need a specific length for my application. 

Hi Marco.  Please refer to our Bolt and Screw Thread Lengths link to find the answer to your question.  In our Tech Info Library, you can find most answers to your common fastener questions. 

Terry says: I ordered a product from your website today, and I need the item on Thursday.  If you could please get it here by then, it would be great. 

Hi Terry. Depending on the availability of an item and where you are located depends on how soon you should receive an item if you choose the FREE standard shipping at checkout.  The only way to guarantee an item by a specific delivery date is to upgrade the order to UPS shipping.  If this is the desired route, please contact our sales department (888-660-0334).  Depending on time of day, this will need to be taken care of first thing before our daily UPS pickup in order for the delivery date to be met.
