Kenny asks: I'm looking for a specialty made item that I can't find anywhere.  Do you have an email address where I can have something quoted that isn't a stock item?

Great question Kenny.  Yes, we can certainly get a special item quoted for you.  Please send an email to: sales@asmc.net.  Please include a description of the part, quantity you are looking for, and a print if you have it.

Yasmeen asks: I'm located outside the United States but I wanted to purchase a large quantity of product from you and have my freight forwarder pick it up.  Is this an option?

Hello Yasmeen, yes we are able to assist.  Just purchase the parts from our website and select the "will call" option at checkout.  As for the commercial documents, those would be the responsible of your freight forwarder to arrange.  All we can provide is basic details like weight of order and box dimensions once the order has been picked and ready for pickup.

Chris asks: Can you please tell me the manufacturer of your metric products?  I also want to get the markings on the head as well.

I'm sorry Chris but that information is proprietary and we cannot release that information to you.  What I can tell you is should you choose to purchase the product, it will have all of the applicable head markings per the specifications of the item.
