Larry asks: With the holiday this week, what are your hours/ship windows?

We are open M-W normal hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST).  Thursday we are working from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.  Closed on Friday.  Reopening Monday 1/4/2021 normal hours. 

Ken asks: I live in Grayslake and was wondering if I can stop and pick up these and if possible and if so, make a smaller quantity and make some adjustment to the price. I only need 2 but will take 10 or so.

We cannot sell anything less than the minimum order quantity on each item page even for will call orders.  

Troy asks: I received the order today and it's incorrect. These aren't black oxide bolts. They are just oiled steel. They don't match the last shipment you sent me at all.

Per our terms and conditions (https://www.asmc.net/policies-terms-conditions/), we may substitute an equivalent part with a different part # at our discretion.  If you check out the finishes/plating section of our website, (https://www.asmc.net/about-finishes/), you can see there that there can be variation in color with black oxide parts.
