Daniel asks: Can you please let me know when I can expect delivery on my order?

Hi Daniel.  With all orders made through the website, as soon as the order does ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you are able to follow the shipment as it moves in real time.  With normal free standard shipping option, the delivery timeframe is 2-10 business days.  Should you need the item sooner, please either choose one of the expedited shipping options at checkout or if you'd like to use your own freight account, please contact our sales team (sales@asmc.net) or call (888)-660-0334.

Kara asks: How can I get a copy of an invoice for an old sales order?

Hi Kara.  Please reach out to our sales team (contact information above) and we can send you a copy of the invoice.  To make things easier, if you have the order number ready when you contact us, please let the representative know.

Lisa asks: I ordered a 1 (FT) part thinking that the part was 1 foot in length.  I received a part that was 1''.  How can this be rectified?

Great question Lisa.  In the description, you will see that the "FT" designation and "PT" as well stand for fully threaded and partially threaded.  It does not mean "feet".  If you need to open a return request please either do so on the website or contact the sales team and speak with a representative.
