As soon as an order status changes, you will receive an email letting you know of the applicable change. Make sure to have the correct email address on file when placing an order. Cory asks: I see that my order shipped USPS, but it seems that the order is stuck in transit. Do you know why the order is being held up?
For all orders shipped via FREE standard shipping, the ESTIMATED transit time is usually between 2-10 business days once the parts are in-stock. Please make sure when placing orders, that you check the product availability (located on every product page), to give you an idea as to when the parts will approximately ship. If you need parts shipped sooner, please consider upgrading the shipping method to expedited service or provide our sales representatives with your UPS account number to bill the shipping freight collect.
Hans asks: Can you tell me what MTR's are? I see you offer them on your products depending on spending amount and I'm not sure what those are.
