​ASK ASMC: How soon will I get my order after payment is received?

Let's be honest, as customers, when we purchase something online, the first question most of us ask other than, "how much is going to cost?" is, "how soon will I get it?"

The first thing you must remember when selecting FREE standard shipping on our website, is that our timeframe for delivery is between 2-10 business days. Now, this does not mean that we are purposely holding onto your item that we have in stock just because we want to. We ship items out as soon as we have them in stock. We do our best for your package to arrive earlier than expected.

On our website, the most important thing to pay attention to when ordering, is the information found on the "availability" line on the product page. It is there, that you can see approximately how soon a product will ship. You can find that information underneath the part number.

If it says, 2-3 days, it means 2-3 days UNTIL the product ships from our warehouse. It does not mean that you will get the parts within 2-3 days (unless an expedited shipping method is selected at checkout and certain minimum order quantities are met). In cases where a non expedited shipping method is selected at checkout, the parts will ship out the way the customer picked.

All customers receive tracking information via email once your order ships so that is the best way to track your package in real time to understand when it might be delivered to you.
